Series by Riyaz Bharucha based on the text
“The Holocaust of Attachment” by Swami A. Parthasarathy

About the Course

The human personality is shaped by deep patterns of thought, most of them operating beyond our awareness. This course explores attachment - the mind's tendency to bind itself to people, possessions, identities, beliefs etc.

What we grow attached to gains power over us. Dependence causes anxiety, insecurity, stress, and a host of other mental ills.

Through practical examples and illustrations, participants will learn techniques to recognise attachment in their own lives. With clarity comes the ability to act dynamically, relate fully, without losing inner freedom and independence.

The course offers a deeper understanding of ourselves, the world around us and the complex relationship between the two that we call life.
